Material

  •  50 g tweed yarn in the color Bordeaux red (50% virgin wool, 50% polyacrylic, run length 115 m / 50 g)
  •  50 g tweed yarn in the color mustard yellow (50% virgin wool, 50% polyacrylic, run length 115 m / 50 g)
  •  1 circular knitting needle no. 5
  •  1 woven name label to attach

Stitch sample

In the bead pattern there are 18 stitches and 32 rounds = 10 cm x 10 cm.

Knitting pattern

Bead pattern in rounds

1st round: knit 1 stitch right, 1 stitch left alternately, end with 1 stitch right.

2nd round: knit 1 stitch left, 1 stitch right alternately, end with 1 stitch left.

Repeat 1st and 2nd round.

Stripe pattern
Knit 10 rounds each in Bordeaux Red and Mustard Yellow alternately in pearl pattern.

Work straight right in rounds:
Knit all stitches right side up.

Instruction

Cast on 107 stitches in Bordeaux red and close to form a round. Knit 70 rounds in striped pattern, incorporating the fingering in the last round. To do this, knit the 70th round as follows: 17 stitches pearl pattern, cast off 19 stitches, 35 stitches pearl pattern, cast off 19 stitches, 17 stitches pearl pattern. Then knit 10 more rounds in mustard yellow, casting on 19 stitches over cast off stitches in 1st round. Cast off all stitches loosely. Sew the cast-on edge together as bottom seam. Finally, sew on woven name label and you have a practical bag.
